Congratulations to Winsome-Grace Cornish MBE

Operation Black Vote’s (OBV) Winsome - Grace Cornish has been honoured by the State for her services to the Black community. An honour richly deserved. As Editor of the Voice, the newspaper not only witnessed its highest circulation figures ever, she also ensured the paper became the campaigning voice for Black Britons everywhere.

At OBV she took charge of the organisations mentoring schemes that would nurture the talent of the first female Conservative MP from African descent Helen Grant. Recently, she has been at the helm of elevating OBV to the number one Black political and news website in the country.

OBV's Director Simon Woolley stated:

“They don't come better than Winsome - Grace Cornish. She knows everybody in the community, and they greatly respect her. Within the Black community she is a national treasure. Well done Winsome!”
